At Rouge Brands, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products.
  • Final Sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [hello@rougebrands.com] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your unopened product (if eligible) and place a new order.
